eScreenz™ makes it easy to create slideshows and publish them to all or selected groups of desktops, laptops, and large digital signs in your organization.

You can create any number of slide shows, and each can be published separately.

eScreenz™ has several content types at your disposal:

Images

Images can be created in graphics design programs or in PowerPoint™ and uploaded to eScreenz™.  Images can also be clicked to allow users to view other slides, open up external websites, email people, and more.  Users can define an entire image or individual regions within it as clickable.

Text Content

Text content can used to allow users to quickly create a message to be displayed on users’ screens.

Web Content

Publishers can create slides that display a live view of a website within the eScreenz™ player.  The publisher can configure whether the user may interact with the website (click on links, etc.), or to have eScreenz™ close when the mouse is moved.

Embedded Videos

Embed a YouTube™ video within your slideshow.  The system will play the video automatically, then move to the next slide in the slideshow once it has completed.

Ticker Messages

Publishers can create ticker messages that will persistently scroll across the bottom of the player when eScreenz™ is running.  These ticker messages will scroll across the screen independently of the slideshow that is playing.

Urgent Notifications

The Urgent Notification feature provides the capability to send a message to all users or a specific group of users for that will display almost immediately. Rather than waiting for the screensaver to display, the message is immediately displayed on the screen. The user can return to the task they were performing by closing the application.
